IN-BETWEEN
PAINTING
in-Between invites viewers to linger in the space between "emptiness" and "form." The black and white voids suggest both eye and tunnel — both seeing and not-seeing. Echoing the Zen notion that emptiness is not nothingness, the painting becomes a perceptual field where presence emerges through absence. It asks: What do we truly see when we look through the narrow frame of perception?
